A. PHONE COACHING* CAN BE PRE-PURCHASED IN BLOCKS OF TIME.

NOTE: THE PURCHASE OF A CTF BLOCK OF PHONE COACHING DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY CTF BOOKS OR MANUALS. They may be purchased at a discount, however.

*B. Pre-registered and pre-paid time is calculated in 15 minute increments. At the end of a 15    minute period, we announce the end of the time and ask if you want to proceed.                ($15.00 per 15 minute block).

C. OPEN ENDED PHONE CONSULTING CAN BE ARRANGED ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS (ONLY A SPECIFIC APPOINTMENT AND THE PRE-PURCHASE OF A ONE HOUR MINIMUM BLOCK OF TIME IS REQUIRED)           Investment = $160/hr.

*NOTE: CHOOSING THIS OPTION IS CONSIDERED A NORMAL THREE WEEK TRIAL PERIOD. Should you choose to proceed and purchase another block, you will be invoiced at the lowest rate
