CTF was established in 1975 to meet the business development
and training needs of organizations and individuals.
CTF's
clients have included budding entrepreneurs, modest sized
businesses, multinational firms, governmental agencies and
not-for-profit organizations, in the United States, Japan,
Brazil and Canada.
Today, CTF is a network of professionals specializing in
providing results and bottom line improvements for its
clients. CTF has been responsible for improving corporate
planning, increasing corporate and individual sales,
acquiring financing for businesses, designing training
programs, advising corporate presidents and boards. Thus,
CTF brings a wide range of experience and knowledge to a
potential client's situation.
Business/Project Leadership
Joseph A. Chimera, President and founder of CTF, is a senior
consultant and trainer, whose responsibilities have included
providing a wide variety of services to both private and
public organizations.
Mr. Chimera provides strategic and tactical planning
solutions for small to medium sized companies and divisions.
He often serves as an advisor to corporate and not-for
profit boards. He has authored and published numerous books
and articles as well as the host of a series of business
radio programs.
Mr. Chimera has a great deal of teaching
experience. As an Adjunct Professor he has taught courses at
CANISIUS COLLEGE, ERIE COMMUNITY COLLEGE, NAZARETH
COLLEGE, ROCHESTER INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, NIAGARA
UNIVERSITY among others.
Mr. Chimera completed his MBA, focusing on Strategic
Planning and Organization Development at SUNY at Buffalo,
while administering the International Executive Program in
Management and English Language for the School of
Management. Prior to earning his MBA, he achieved several
other advanced degrees which include: a Ph.D. (all but the
dissertation) and an SEA from SUNY at Buffalo as well as an
MS from Canisius College.
CTF Team
CTF frequently uses the special knowledge of other experts.
The CTF team responsible for implementing a project may
include these experts. Their specialties may include
continuous improvement programs, human resource design and
development, custom computer software and hardware,
operations engineering, etc.
